Description
Deciphex is hiring a Project Data Scientist in Research Pathology to work from home in Ireland. The role curates, characterises, and validates whole-slide images, structured study data, annotations, and metadata for research-pathology AI, including control-dataset analysis, confounder and batch-effect detection, model evaluation, benchmarking, and reproducible data-processing pipelines. The position supports Deciphex’s delivery within the BIGPICTURE and VICT3R EU-funded consortia and requires an advanced degree or equivalent applied experience, statistical and machine-learning expertise, and experience with biomedical imaging or complex scientific datasets. Irish work permits and visa sponsorship are not available.
