Osedea is hiring a Project Delivery Director to lead complex client engagements across discovery, software, AI, and robotics projects. The role manages delivery strategy, scope, budgets, forecasts, risks, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams while serving as a senior client contact and helping improve project delivery practices. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant project delivery or leadership experience, a software engineering degree or software development experience, strong stakeholder and strategic skills, and experience in an Agile environment. The position offers flexible work, an opportunity to work from anywhere for up to eight weeks per year, paid sabbatical leave, retirement savings contributions, and other benefits.
