Description
MN8 Energy is hiring a Project Delivery Engineer to provide owner-side technical oversight and engineering coordination for utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across development, construction, commissioning, and as-built documentation. The role reviews multidisciplinary design packages and technical studies, performs electrical and solar PV engineering calculations, evaluates risks and value-engineering opportunities, coordinates EPCs, third-party engineers, and equipment vendors, supports commissioning and technical change orders, and helps enforce and improve MN8 engineering and installation standards. The position requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, at least three years of solar engineering experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PlantPredict, Helioscope, Excel, Word, and Smartsheet, and strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
