Description
The Project Manager – Team Lead provides leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers delivering busbar and electrical distribution projects across MEP and data centre environments. The role combines people leadership, team development, project governance, commercial management, BIM coordination, production planning, procurement, invoicing, and client delivery, while coordinating with Engineering, BIM, Production Planning, Commercial, and Site Deployment teams. It requires at least seven years of project management experience in a manufacturing, MEP, or data centre environment, including at least two years in a team lead or people management capacity, along with a relevant bachelor's degree and knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
