Ware Malcomb is hiring a Project Designer to lead the planning, design, and coordination of mechanical building systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, and industrial projects. The role develops HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction documents and BIM models; coordinates with architects, owners, contractors, and manufacturers; reviews drawings and calculations; supports construction administration and commissioning; and mentors junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited program and at least three years of mechanical engineering experience, with Revit and mechanical design software proficiency preferred.
