GWG der Stadt Kassel mbH is hiring a Project Developer / Architect to support technical management in residential construction and sustainable neighborhood development. The role covers project development, feasibility studies, cost estimation, coordination of architects and engineering partners, milestone planning, stakeholder communication, and overall responsibility for projects up to handover. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of project development experience, knowledge of construction planning law and cost estimation, CAD familiarity, a class B driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is full-time with 39 hours per week and includes flexible working hours, retirement provision, private supplementary insurance with dental coverage, and subsidies for a job ticket and fitness studio.
