GWG der Stadt Kassel mbH is hiring a Project Developer / Architect to support technical management in residential construction and sustainable neighborhood development. The role develops projects, prepares planning and cost bases, coordinates architects, planners, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, defines project milestones, manages bids, and leads projects until handover to a project manager. It also supports the technical department’s strategic assessment of the real estate portfolio. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of project-development experience, knowledge of building planning law and cost estimation, CAD proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license. It is a full-time role with 39 hours per week and offers flexible working hours, retirement-plan support, private supplementary insurance, and subsidies.
