The role analyzes existing properties, develops commercially viable usage concepts, and manages projects from initial idea through realization, including handovers, project kickoffs, stakeholder coordination, and potentially construction management. The position requires an architecture degree, several years of concept and design planning experience, and strong commercial, organizational, communication, and digital skills; Allplan, MS Project, and BIM knowledge are advantageous.
