Description
Atoms is hiring a Development Associate to own the full lifecycle of EV charging, vertiport, and related infrastructure projects. The role leads entitlements and permitting, utility coordination and energization, underwriting and financial analysis, project scheduling and budgeting, RFP and consultant management, construction coordination, contract and billing administration, and reporting to partners and leadership. It is a full-time on-site position based in the Los Angeles office with expected travel across markets, requiring 3 to 6 years of relevant development or construction experience and advanced modeling skills. The base salary is $140,000 to $165,000 per year, with possible equity and performance-based bonus.
