Description
The Project Developer will lead real estate projects from initial concept through final handover, coordinating architects, planners, authorities, and construction companies while managing costs, schedules, quality, building permissions, and legal requirements. The role requires a degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification, several years of real estate project development or project management experience, and expertise in building-law approvals and larger construction projects. The position is based in Munich, with full-time employment and part-time options available, along with home-office options and other benefits.
