Description
The client is hiring a project developer to review and assess real estate projects from early development through planning approval readiness, analyze economic viability and approval feasibility, prioritize projects, manage planning and approval processes, coordinate external service providers and specialist planners, and prepare decisions for internal committees. The role requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, real estate management, urban planning, or a comparable field, plus experience in project or real estate development; full-time or part-time employment is possible, with flexible hours and benefits including childcare support, a company car after probation, and 30 days of vacation.
