Lightshift Energy is hiring a Project Developer to support utility-scale energy storage project development and origination. The role involves identifying project sites, supporting land acquisition, coordinating project scope and site design, assisting with permitting and interconnection rights, conducting research and due diligence with regulators and utilities, and supporting battery supply and EPC partners through contract negotiation. The position prefers reporting from Lightshift’s Arlington, Virginia headquarters, with remote employment considered for qualified candidates who can overlap with development efforts. The base salary is $85,000–$115,000, with annual cash bonuses and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
