Magnolia Bostad is hiring a Project Developer to drive residential projects from early-stage development through completion. The role combines project management with business and development focus, covering product development, procurement, budget and objective monitoring, construction contract compliance, regulatory requirements, and support for new business opportunities. The position is based at the company’s head office in central Stockholm and requires a relevant university degree, approximately 5–10 years of project development experience, extensive residential project experience, negotiation skills, real estate transaction knowledge, and construction contract management experience.
