The Project Developer leads construction project management planning and execution, strategic client relationships, proposals, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, compliance, and project-team oversight through design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of project management or preconstruction experience focused on large or complex construction projects, with experience in specified construction and food-manufacturing sectors preferred.
