ZETA USA Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Developer in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, starting 05.10.2026. The role develops technical concepts, process solutions, and engineering deliverables for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences projects during early phases, including feasibility studies, conceptual design, basic engineering, and front-end engineering design. The Project Developer translates client and user requirements into project concepts, evaluates alternatives, coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams, and supports project handover to execution. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of engineering or project execution experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences. The schedule is hybrid, with three days in the office and two remote days, and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
