The UKA Group is hiring a Project Developer – Project Initiation (m/f/d) for its Bielefeld and Essen locations. The role searches for and assesses sites for energy parks, procures and analyzes geodata, evaluates planning, legal, economic, technical, land, and risk factors, prepares regional planning statements, coordinates with authorities and residents, and supports geodata automation and team onboarding. Candidates need a university or applied sciences degree, preferably in spatial, regional, urban, landscape, environmental, geoinformatics, geography, or a comparable field, along with QGIS and MS Office experience.
