Description
The Project Developer/Manager leads commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction and design through construction and closeout. The role combines HVAC systems knowledge, mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, estimating, scheduling, budget and cost control, subcontractor negotiations, client and team leadership, and business development. It requires 5–10 years of hands-on commercial construction experience, familiarity with HVAC controls and process control systems, and proficiency with construction management software such as Timberline and Procore.
