The Project Developer/Manager leads commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction and design through construction and closeout. The role combines HVAC systems knowledge, mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, estimating, scheduling, budget and cost control, subcontractor negotiations, client and team leadership, and business development. It requires 5–10 years of commercial construction experience, with HVAC, construction management software, contract, and scheduling expertise.
