ARCO/Murray National is hiring a Project Developer in Chicago to pursue and develop entertainment- or hospitality-related interior renovation projects. The role manages site due diligence, real estate entitlements and permits, client relationships, preconstruction coordination, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, engineering studies, and business development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, architecture, or construction-management field, 2–4 years of construction project management or MEP design experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel; a Professional Engineer license is preferred but not required. The typical base compensation is $90,000 to $125,000, with performance-based bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
