WeberHaus GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Project Developer to develop and manage residential construction projects and smaller neighborhood development projects from concept through realization. The role includes identifying suitable land, creating sustainable usage concepts, coordinating planning and approval processes, assessing financial viability, communicating with stakeholders, and integrating ESG, mobility, and ecological construction standards. The position requires a relevant degree or comparable professional experience, project-development experience, knowledge of construction and planning law, and strong communication skills; GIS, CAD, project management tools, and SAP S/4HANA are advantageous.
