Cuso International is seeking a Project Development Advisor volunteer for a 5-month placement in Cali, Colombia starting in September 2026, supporting Fundación WWB Colombia on project proposal development, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, risk management, and alignment with donor and institutional requirements. The role requires advanced Spanish, a relevant degree, postgraduate specialization or certifications as an asset, and 3–5 years of experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, and successful proposal development for major donors such as GAC, USAID, the EU, or UN agencies.
