Description
The Assistant Commissioner for Operations oversees daily operations across NYC Parks, including Fleet, and manages projects, seasonal initiatives, stakeholder meetings, analysis, presentations, reports, and coordination with Parks divisions and external partners. The role is based in Arsenal, Manhattan, and is open only to current full-time annually paid Parks employees. Applicants must meet one of three education-and-experience pathways, including a baccalaureate degree with two years of related community experience or a high school diploma with six years of related experience.
