Description
Candi is hiring a full-time Project Development-Electrical Engineer to lead technical project development for open-access solar and battery projects in India. The role covers project definition, feasibility studies, energy yield and load assessments, electrical layout and equipment sizing, substation and grid feasibility, EPC design reviews, permitting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, 5–8 years of ground-mount and commercial and industrial solar experience, knowledge of open-access and banking regulations, and hands-on experience with PV Syst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, and Microsoft Excel. The position is based in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, or Chennai with frequent country-wide travel and offers hybrid working.
