Description
The Product Development Engineer supports the management of programs from conception through completion, including project execution, budgeting, technical interfaces, customer communication, verification and validation, documentation, risk mitigation, and product transitions. The role requires engineering knowledge, GD&T familiarity, relevant software proficiency, strong communication and decision-making skills, and eligibility for a government security clearance. A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and at least two years of related experience are preferred, with experience in program/proposal documentation, scheduling, project engineering, program management, and budget development.
