Description
Ecosystem is hiring a Project Development Engineer to lead the early development of capital-intensive energy and decarbonization projects. The role partners with clients and business development, conducts site assessments and technical analyses, develops technical concepts and proposals for energy retrofits and infrastructure upgrades, and guides projects from concept through contract. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience in buildings, energy efficiency, or construction-type projects, a degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, and strong technical communication skills; a professional engineering license is desirable. The position offers an approximate annual base salary of $100,000 to $150,000, along with retirement, insurance, vacation, and other benefits.
