Description
I-Grace is hiring a Project Development Manager for its Los Angeles office to cultivate new luxury residential construction opportunities, manage relationships with owners, architects, and designers, develop proposals and scopes of work, coordinate resources, and hand off projects to project teams. The role requires at least seven years of relevant experience, architectural or construction education or equivalent experience, CAD and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and the ability to travel throughout the Los Angeles area. Compensation is $125,000–$175,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
