I-Grace is hiring a full-time Project Development Manager for its Los Angeles office to lead new project business development for luxury residential construction. The role is senior and client-facing, focused on cultivating relationships with owners, architects, and designers, developing proposals and scopes of work, coordinating internal resources, managing project opportunities from intake through handoff, and representing the company at networking and industry events. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience, a background in architecture, construction management, interior design, or related high-end residential work, and proficiency with tools such as CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
