Description
The Project Development Manager independently manages the full lifecycle of commercial and residential real estate projects, from land acquisition through development and exit. Responsibilities include site and feasibility analysis, land-use planning, cost estimation, stakeholder and authority negotiations, development-plan procedures, contract management, and reporting to management and investors. The role requires a relevant degree, several years of project development experience, financial modeling and legal knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and German C1 and English proficiency.
