Veolia is hiring a Project Manager to lead a GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) reactivation pilot project in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The role covers the full project lifecycle from system design and construction through operational startup, including technical oversight, permitting, regulatory compliance, contractor coordination, project planning, and commercial support for chemical leasing and service contracts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of pilot-scale systems and permitting, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
