The client is hiring a Project Development / Project Management Construction & Real Estate professional for its Ulm site to develop and manage new-build and existing care real estate projects. The role coordinates architects, planners, and construction companies; monitors schedules, costs, quality, approvals, compliance, and handover; and supports cost-effectiveness analyses and real estate business decisions. Candidates need a relevant degree, project development or project management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The position offers €60,000–90,000 per year and home office by agreement.
