LUZCO is hiring a Transmission and Substation Project Manager to lead the early planning and development of transmission and substation projects from concept through initial design, then hand off to execution teams. The role manages multiple concurrent projects from 34.5kV to 500kV, coordinates technical teams, establishes construction sequencing, maintains project financials and schedules, implements standardized project management processes, and serves as the primary client contact. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of transmission and distribution experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams.
