Description
CARIAN is hiring a Project Development Project Manager II to support early-stage development of large-scale transmission and substation capital projects for a major utility client in New Jersey. The role leads projects from concept through development, coordinates cross-functional technical teams, manages project scope, schedules, financials, permitting, environmental reviews, procurement, and project controls, and serves as the primary contact with the utility client. The position is onsite at the client site in Reading, Pennsylvania, requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 9–12 years of transmission and distribution experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
