Description
HDR is hiring a Section Leader to oversee the operations of a project development section, including staff development, profitability, quality control, marketing support, client relationships, proposals, project production, and coordination with other sections. The role also functions as a Project Manager, manages multidisciplinary technical teams, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with power-plant and renewable-energy modeling software, experience with power generation technologies, leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel 10%–15% of the time and work regularly from the HDR Ann Arbor office.
