Indero is hiring a home-based Project Director in Germany to oversee portfolios or programs of clinical studies, including large global multicenter trials, and the Project Managers assigned to them. The role covers operational delivery, client relationships, budgets, timelines, quality and regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, proposal development, business development, and leadership of Project Management activities. Candidates need extensive CRO and clinical project management experience, including dermatology or rheumatology trials, multinational Phase III studies, vendor and financial management, and mentoring of Project Managers. Regular domestic and international travel is required, and applicants must be legally able to work in Germany.
