AECOM is hiring a Project Director to lead major highways, bridges, and infrastructure programs in Dubai, with a primary focus on Roads and Transport Authority projects. The role oversees project delivery from inception to completion, manages contracts, commercial matters, multidisciplinary teams, procurement, subcontractors, value engineering, HSE and quality compliance, claims, risks, and stakeholder reporting. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, at least 20 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, 5–10 years of Dubai RTA project experience, and a proven record delivering projects exceeding AED 1 billion.
