AECOM is hiring a Project Director- Design to lead large, multi-disciplinary design projects from proposal development through completion. The role manages project delivery, budgets, contracts, quality, client relationships, team performance, invoicing, and business development, while also supporting regional and firm-wide initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline, extensive major project delivery experience, and strong leadership and client-management skills; a master's degree and professional certification are preferred.
