The Project Director oversees the planning, execution, and completion of multiple Industrial construction projects at Brinkmann Constructors. This role involves providing leadership to project teams, managing risk, monitoring finances, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The Project Director is also responsible for maintaining client relationships, estimating project scope and costs, determining resource needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring safety standards are met, all while developing and coaching Project Managers.
