Conduent is hiring a Project Director to report to the Vice President, Delivery and own the end-to-end delivery of contracted services for external clients. The role leads multi-site delivery teams, manages client relationships and escalations, oversees SLA performance, risk, compliance, governance, staffing models, volume forecasting, and delivery profitability, and drives continuous improvement and transformation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of progressive service delivery, operations, or client management experience, and at least 2 years of delivery management experience in a comparable organization. The position is onsite and offers health and welfare benefits, retirement savings, paid training, paid time off, and an estimated base salary of $97,790 to $127,000.
