Description
The Project Director reports to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the full lifecycle of construction projects, from bidding and setup through delivery and final payment. The role oversees project profitability, schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, quality control, closeout, client relationships, business development, and human capital management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or an equivalent combination, at least 12 years of relevant experience, experience managing projects over $30 million, professional engineering membership, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
