Description
The Project Lead will manage the IGT Segment expansion project at Howmet Engines' Exeter location, supporting the VP & GM for IGT. The role leads project teams, develops operational and automation plans, oversees reporting and capital projects, drives Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, manages budgets and cross-functional programs, and provides leadership and mentorship. It requires aerospace and metal industry experience, manufacturing and project management expertise, Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and at least 15 years of manufacturing experience.
