Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to organise and lead the construction operations of large hi-tech manufacturing projects, particularly pharmaceutical projects. The role is responsible for project quality, governance, planning, procurement, safety, health and environment, performance management, change control, finances, reporting, and client and consultant interfacing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical engineering, construction or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical project experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
