Project Director at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to join its new PMC team in London. The role leads large, complex construction projects from inception through completion, managing client and stakeholder relationships, construction programmes, procurement, subcontractors, health and safety, quality, environmental compliance, resources, and commercial delivery. Candidates should have experience as a Project Director with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor, knowledge of end-to-end construction delivery on larger schemes, technical construction knowledge, MCIOB and degree qualifications, current building and health and safety legislation knowledge, and commercial and contractual awareness.
