Description
The Project Director leads multiple construction projects and project teams in the Phoenix market, overseeing delivery, safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, client relationships, risk, and talent development. The senior leadership role reports to the Project Executive, Vice President of Operations, or another assigned supervisor and works from a jobsite trailer, supporting pursuits, preconstruction, staffing, procurement, and succession planning. It requires 15+ years of construction experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, and expertise in project controls, construction operations, risk management, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, VDC/BIM, and business decision-making.
