Project Director – Building Envelope at GHD

GHD is hiring a Project Director to lead building envelope restoration and renovation projects, new construction, commissioning, technical studies, inspections, forensic assessments, contract and client management, and team supervision. The role is based in the Greater Montreal area in a hybrid arrangement, with several available locations including Downtown Montreal, Saint-Laurent, Laval, and Brossard. Candidates need a relevant engineering or architecture degree, more than 10 years of building science experience, professional accreditation, and extensive experience with building envelope assessments, repairs, commissioning, and technical deliverables.
