AECOM is recruiting Project Directors for its Controls Analytics team within the Infrastructure & PMO Operating Unit. The role leads the definition, mobilisation, and oversight of analytics-enabled project controls services across complex infrastructure programmes and PMOs, advises senior client stakeholders, shapes controls analytics and PMO transformation, supports work-winning and account growth, and leads multidisciplinary delivery teams. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant discipline, typically 15+ years of experience in project or programme controls, PMO leadership, or consultancy, and familiarity with controls analytics tools and data architectures. The role offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
