CITECH is hiring a Project Director - Data to lead the day-to-day operations and project management of a major-scale data platform and applications project in the social protection sector. The role manages operational readiness, decisioning, big data, and back-office activities; plans timelines, workloads, budgets, and risks; leads team development; ensures quality, security, and service-level compliance; and produces roadmaps, schedules, dashboards, budgets, and reports. The position requires at least seven years of operational management experience in large-scale data or business intelligence projects, with expertise in Datastage, Spark, Teradata, Hadoop Cloudera, PostgreSQL, PowerBI, JIRA, and Java. It is based in Lyon with two days of telework per week and offers a salary of €55,000–€65,000.
