Project Director, Engineering at NCS

NCS is hiring a Project Director to lead, oversee, and implement multiple IT and engineering projects across a project portfolio. The role manages project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, resources, milestones, financials, customer and vendor relationships, tender and pre-sale activities, and project transitions to operations. It also leads and develops a cross-functional project team, provides performance feedback and coaching, and ensures staff billability. The position requires more than 10 years of IT or engineering project management experience, experience delivering client projects in a provider or vendor environment, familiarity with matrix organizations, and a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
