EBC is hiring a Project Director to lead large-scale infrastructure projects across Canada, overseeing estimation and bidding, project execution, governance, safety, quality, cost, schedule, contractual matters, legal disputes, and team performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or an equivalent field, at least 15 years of project management experience, and experience with large-scale projects such as hydroelectric, infrastructure, or related areas. Bilingualism, Microsoft Office proficiency, and project management software knowledge are required, while mobility, leadership, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are desired.
