GHD is hiring a Project Director-Transportation Inland Empire to serve as a seller-doer for municipal transportation projects. The role combines client relationship development, project delivery leadership, pursuit and proposal strategy, contract negotiations, account management, and operational and financial accountability. It is based in Ontario, Riverside, or San Bernardino County and follows a hybrid model requiring three days in the office per week. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a similar field, at least 10 years of municipal or public-sector project delivery and client relationship management experience, and a professional engineer license is preferred. The salary range is $152,000-$253,000 based on location and experience.
