Description
The Project Director (Asia) will lead the design, procurement, and construction delivery of hospitality real estate projects across Asia, including greenfield developments, conversions, rebrandings, and renovations in active hotels. Reporting to the Head of Hotel Asset Management from the regional headquarters in Singapore, the role manages external project management firms, construction managers, and on-site coordinators; establishes governance, schedules, budgets, and KPI reporting; mitigates construction, supply chain, and regulatory risks; coordinates architects, designers, and MEP consultants; and interfaces with asset owners and hotel brand operators. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10–12 years of progressive hospitality project management experience, at least 5 years in a regional or multi-country Asian capacity, and the ability to travel across Asia.
